How do you eat your pizza: folded, flat or with a fork and knife?

If I fold a slice of pizza, my tongue doesn't get the immediate contact with the cheese that it needs, and that's no good. If the pizza is too big, I'll fold it, but that's more of a last resort tactic. And silverware is only an option if the pizza is too hot to hold or too messy to eat manually. So I'm left with flat. That's my preferred method of pizza consumption.
