What's your method for calculating a tip?
Most commonly, I will tip twice 10% of the total. If I'm not feeling that I got satisfactory service, I'll usually tip double the sales tax (8.25%x2). I don't like to spend a lot of time thinking about tipping, so it's typically something I just do without thinking about.
